On a busy week night it can be challenging to prepare a meal. It’s best to have a plan for every night. It should be something simple that you can prepare in 35 minutes or less. Some ideas include sandwiches, breakfast for dinner, tacos and nachos. It’s also en excellent time saver to prepare ingredients or the entire dish in advance. With the proper preparation, hectic school nights can be a time to refresh rather than stress.
- My September Survival Plan involves school supply lists, a fresh planner, and a collection of recipes that are fast, easy, and delicious.
- Because Tacos are fast, flavorful, and fun. Those 10-minute back bean tacos are one of our family’s favorite.
- Climbing that mid-week hump should be worthy of celebrating with dinner — something a little fancier, but still easy.
“I’m big fan of something comforting for Monday dinners — heavy on the carbs, but also light on the meat.”
